ممتاز ، ارتفاع البالون جميل لمدة ١٠ دقايق لكن اللي يخاف من المرتفعات يبعد ، افضل وقت الغروب خاصه فصل الصيف عشان الحرارة رؤية الغروب الافضل استخدام المسار السريع لتفادي التأخير متواجد داخل فندق اتلانتس ……..…………

For each adult holding a valid ticket, one infant (under the age of three) gets a complimentary ticket.
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older.
There are no fixed timings or slots; tickets can be redeemed at any time during operational hours
As The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis operates at heights of up to 300 m, and the weather plays an integral role in when the attraction can be open and how high it can fly. A dedicated team of pilots will monitor the weather at all times, as your safety and security are our top priorities. This means that there may be times when we will not be able to operate the balloon due to weather conditions. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
A flight takes 10 minutes. However, there is a mandatory safety briefing before each flight. Depending on the loading, offloading, and queue, the whole experience could take longer.
Comfortable, casual clothing such as shorts, t-shirts, and dresses is recommended. If you are visiting Aquaventure Waterpark, you are allowed to embark on the flight in respectable swimming clothes permitted by the waterpark.
The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a ground crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola. The wheelchair or stroller must have a braking or locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. There are extra wheelchairs on-site, which you are welcome to use for the duration of the flight.

Cancellations are based on the travel date with a threshold of 24 hours.
