TeamLab Phenomena

We had such a wonderful experience at teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi on Saadiyat Island. We visited on a weekday at around 7 PM, and it was pleasantly quiet. There were no queues for tickets or entry, which made the whole experience feel very relaxed. The galleries were highly interactive and incredibly immersive. I especially enjoyed the sensory experience created by the lights, movement, reflections, and illusions throughout the different spaces. One of my favourite activities was drawing our own creations and then watching them come to life and become part of the interactive world around us. It made the experience feel very personal and playful. There is also a lovely café where we enjoyed Japanese-inspired drinks, which was a nice addition to the visit. A very creative, sensory, and enjoyable experience for both adults and children. I would definitely recommend it, especially if you enjoy interactive art and experiences that feel completely different from a traditional museum. ✨

Absolutely out of this world! teamLab Phenomena is easily one of the most extraordinary experiences in Abu Dhabi. From the moment you enter, you’re completely immersed in a constantly changing world of light, colour, sound and movement — at times it genuinely feels like you’ve stepped onto another planet. This isn’t somewhere to rush. Allow a good 2–3 hours to properly explore, interact with the installations and simply stop and take everything in. Every space brings something completely different, and some of the rooms are absolutely mesmerising. The building itself is spectacular and the whole experience is incredibly well put together. It may seem expensive compared with a traditional museum, but for me it was absolutely worth it. This is far more than looking at art — you actually become part of the experience. A genuine must-do in Abu Dhabi and one of the highlights of the Saadiyat Cultural District. Incredible!

Actually worth the money. Was great! Took 2 hours to go through. Very dark so nice to come out into the sunshine at the end. There is an additional exhibit inside which is the japanese tea room - 45dhs each for a drink which had a glass that lit up and had noise effects. Worth it since this is the sort of place you come once. Make sure you have clothes that are just above the knees or can be rolled up since the water exhibit is high calf height. I found it very meditative. Loved it.

Would rate this place as a must visit for young adults and children alike. Besides the obvious amazement one can expect, it is the sheer warmth of the staff that one is blown away by. My wife and I had visited on the 20th of March of 2026 and the staff literally got her in tears with the way they celebrated her birthday. Everyone was up on their feet - clapping, singing, and making her feel like the queen 👸. Up until then her birthday was ordinary but after that, after the Team Labs phenomenon, we had the best birthday ever. They even asked the cafe to have a small cake-cutting ceremony, which I will share pictures of. The team in the cafe is truly exceptional as well. They deserve special mention, right from the managers to the barista and server. The management behind the staff creating such exceptional service culture also needs to be commended. Everybody was genuinely hospitable and happy to welcome guests. I would highly recommend a visit to Team Lab Phenomena for the jaw-dropping experience. One can literally spend three hours there. We also had some fantastic family pictures outside the café next to the cornish. Great backdrops, great ambience, memorable time indeed.

I simply must share with you this absolutely incredible experience I recently had. The visuals were breathtaking, each detail so meticulously crafted that it felt like stepping into another world. The entire space was immersive and thoughtfully designed, with every room flowing seamlessly into the next, truly drawing you right into the heart of the art theme. One tip though – definitely wear shorts for the water experience as you’ll inevitably get your feet wet, but there’s no need to fret as towels are kindly provided. It’s genuinely such a unique and memorable adventure, completely worth it from start to finish, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, making the whole visit even more enjoyable. Honestly, you must check it out – you won’t regret it!
